This Week At Woodshed - April 16th
We've got an exciting week ahead in the kitchen and have added a few more lovely Spring dishes to our preorder menu.
We're harvesting the first rhubarb from our garden and will be baking rhubarb butter cakes, and galettes! A sure sign that Spring has arrived.
We will also have Molly's gorgeous spring bouquets from Bullock Lake Farm, wild nettle soup, potato leek soup with gorgeous just-harvested leeks from Paradise Within Farm, and our Spring spanakopita filled with wild nettles and greens from our garden.
The shop is open this week Thursday through Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm.
Pre-order by Wednesday evening for pick up in the shop on Friday between 2 pm and 5 pm. We look forward to seeing you there!
