An Indian inspired feast

This week we are jumping into Spring! We have started to receive the Spring harvest from our wonderful farmers as well as from our own garden. We are celebrating the harvest by making an Indian inspired feast for This Week’s preorder menu. Fresh, melt in your mouth spinach from Duck Creek Farm, just-harvested cilantro, freshly dug potatoes and more are going to form the base of our Indian menu.

We have two butter chicken options on the menu; one is a complete meal for one, including basmati rice and our house made garlic naan bread and the other is our regular sized entree dish without the rice and naan, to feed 2-3 generously.

We are very excited about this menu; our family absolutely loves Indian food, especially made with these incredible local ingredients. My husband Josh’s grandfather was from Northern India, and we love to celebrate the cultural richness of Indian cuisine.
