Bright flavours & colours on the table this week
This week’s preorder menu is packed with flavour, inspired by the vivid colours and flavours of the Middle Eastern table. We are making two dinner sets, featuring grass finished beef kabobs and handmade falafel. Both sets will be accompanied with saucy lemon potatoes, tahini sauce, braised local Spring veg (leeks, greens and more) and a fresh herb salad.
We are crazy about dips and spreads these days as we gear up for picnic season and have put together a mezze trio of dips for you to try. These dips pair very well with the dinner set and the side dishes on this week’s menu. We’ve also got a Swiss chard, lentil and preserved lemon soup as well as a just harvested parsley packed tabbouleh salad.
