Cozy evenings

Grass Finished Prime Rib For A Cozy Winter Dinner

What a beautiful start to the holiday season! December has settled on the island with some lovely moments of Winter sun, blustery days and so many festivities!

This week we are making one of our favourite Winter dinners for our pre order menu; Grass Finished Prime Rib with Rosemary Cream Mashed Potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, Honey Roasted Vegetables and our rich Prime Rib Gravy. We have a lovely Stuffed Squash entree on the menu as well, along with a delicious Clam Chowder. For dessert, we are making Black Forest Cake; it is such a treat at this time of year.

We will be sending out a very special Christmas in Your Home Menu shortly as well as our New Years in Your Home Menu. Keep your eyes open for a second newsletter that we will be sending out early this week.

We would love to help you plan for the upcoming holidays! We are inspired by and using so much local produce, citrus and herbs in many of our dishes as well as we are adding beautiful touches to our cakes and baking with holiday inspired Winter fruits and spices such as gorgeous red pears, persimmons and pomegranates.

We would like to make this holiday season joyous and a little easier for you by taking care of the cooking and baking, so look out for our next newsletter with even more delicious holiday offerings and come and check out our shop this week as we have many great gift items to give.

Wishing you all a lovely week full of wonderful people and great food!
